This year’s event will feature the return of favorite events, as well as new training experiences:

  • Vendor Show to meet our preferred suppliers

  • Speed Dating for a more intimate interaction with our preferred suppliers

  • Awards Gala

  • Training Sessions with Kha

TUITION:

There is no cost to attend this year, however, the staterooms on the Utopia will be non-commissionable.  The will offset our cost for the supplier event as well as Kha’s fee for the weekend.

Please pair up with someone in the agency to room with.

It is the expectation that everyone will utilize the room block we have already obtained for the event.

  • Category 4D – Oceanview Balcony – $851/person
  • Category 2J – Central Park Balcony – $899/person
  • Category 2I – Boardwalk Balcony – $844/person
  • All rooms are double occupancy – no exceptions

Professional Expectations Onboard
As we prepare to come together for this experience at sea, we want to be clear: our Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced.
This is a working event set in a celebratory atmosphere. While you’re welcome to enjoy the cruise experience — including drink packages, if you choose — this remains a professional gathering. We expect all team members to show up fully — not just in attendance, but in attitude and conduct.
In addition to our internal team, we’ll also be joined by key professional partners, including our Business Development Manager and Kha Ly. Your actions reflect not just on yourself, but on our entire agency — and we want to ensure we continue to earn the respect and trust of those who invest in our growth.
Have fun, build connections, and enjoy the experience — but make good decisions and represent the brand with the excellence and integrity we’re known for.

Please register your intent to participate in Homecoming 2026 by filling out this form.
Once completed, you will be notified of your stateroom category and reservation number to make your deposit.
All reservations, other than for purposes of making payments, will be handled by the home office.
